Fireworks and Destiny

I have a habit of checking recent status updates on my BBM. Somehow tonite i see alot of people complaining about the fireworks. I mean, what's the big deal people? It's only for one night and it is for a cultural celebration, not some Rave Party. Hokkien people celebrate New Year on the 9th (or was it 7th?) day of CNY. This is what living in a multicultural country is, people. Everyone's life will intersect with these events regardless whether or not you are religiously or culturally related to it. Take the azan subuh  every morning for example and go figure. Haiya u guys aaaa..

Nway.. had a good 2 hour session of futsal. Sprained my knee or shins I'm not sure but whatever it is, it's uncomfortable in that area and I cant sleep. I'm too annoyed by those said ignorant statuses to sit on BBM, so I thought I'd blog... just to distract me for a bit.

So the 2 hours of futsal ended up with a 30minute fattening session with a bachelorette cake cutting session for Julie and Sasha.

... the launch of a new sport that burns more calories ?

Yeah, more weddings on the way.. Pressure? Nah, not really. As much as I am ready to settle down and start an actual life selain menunaikan sunnah nabi dan tanggungjawab sebagai khalifah Allah, I don't  feel really pressured. I am more intrigue to experience the journey to my own happy ever ending story.

But here's few things i learned over the past few months based on my own experience...
1. Late 20s, or for some mid 30s.. men and women are both looking for their life partners.. the thing is, if u are still single at this age, it means that you haven't found 'The One'.. but has it ever crossed your mind that the one might just be in front of u all along? but u were too cocky and thot he/she wasnt good enuff for you? Are you forgetting that your dream gal/guy don't exist?

2. Nice, geeky, good men prefer hot sexy girls popular girls. They THINK they deserve them despite the fact that they can't handle them. Else they would have gotten them in the first place.

3. Bad boys who have tasted all types of girls would find geeky, good girls sexy. When they get one, they wanna marry them.

4. Geeky girls cant seem to trust bad boys to be their husbands.... hahahhaha.. so mcm no point kan?

5. All goes back to point 1.  The thing is - Bila kita minta pada Tuhan untuk ditemukan jodoh, tuhan tak berikan kita jodoh dari langit. Dia kenalkan kita kepada beberapa lelaki/perempuan untuk kita belajar mengenali jodoh kita. He brings us the wrong ones for us to fall in love with and then break our hearts so we learn to figure out the right one and love them the right way. After all, god has a funny way to teach you the meaning of destiny.

So ya.. with what I have now, I am intrigue to see where this journey takes me and who God has for me. :)
